NILES, Mich. – The 38th annual Niles-Buchanan YMCA Thanksgiving Day Run was held on Thursday, November 28 and boasted its highest turn out since the inception of the race in 1981 with 2,736 participants competing in the 10K run, 5K run/walk, and 1 Mile Fun Run.
The Y would like to thank the sponsors for their generous contributions to the race. Chemical Bank was the lead sponsor for the 7th year in a row, AEP sponsored the 1-Mile Fun Run, and Niles Precision Company was the bib sponsor for both the 5K and 10K.
