Massages Offered
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is also known as a Relaxation Massage. It is a lighter massage that consists of long, smooth strokes promoting relaxation, circulation, and overall wellness. It is not intended for long-term relief from chronic issues, but rather for mental and physical decompression. This massage style is great for newer and first-time clients, as well as clients seeking to relax and unwind.
30 Minutes: $55 | 60 Minutes: $90 | 90 Minutes: $135 |
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is also known as a Therapeutic Massage. It is characteristically known for its firmer pressure to work out deeper muscular tension. It is not intended to be relaxing, but rather multiple techniques are used to bring relief to chronic conditions or injuries. This massage is great for clients who are comfortable with massage therapy or who are seeking longer lasting relief.
30 Minutes: $55 | 60 Minutes: $90 | 90 Minutes: $135 |
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is very similar to a Relaxation Massage. It uses a combination of heated stones with long, smooth strokes to help release the tight muscles, and promotes a more deeply relaxing massage.
60 Minutes: $105 |
Thai Massage
Thai Massage is a therapeutic massage designed to stimulate the body and improve flexibility. The immediate benefits of Thai massage include treatment of back pain, muscle soreness and tightness, and relief of headaches. Thai massage offers firmer pressure and stretches for therapeutic benefits while also incorporating more relaxing elements (similar to Swedish style) to promote blood circulation and relaxation contributing to an overall feeling of wellness.

Payment
Services can be paid for at the YMCA Welcome Center in the front lobby after your appointment.
Cancellation
When canceling an appointment, 24-hour advance notice is required. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give your therapist advanced notice, you may be charged 50% due. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to completely forgo their appointment with no contact will be charged the full amount due and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Arriving Late
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full amount due. We will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan your visit accordingly. Please arrive 20 minutes early on your first visit to fill out an intake.
